The sales manager was super responsive to my Web inquiry. I was contacted almost immediately and assigned a sales person. Vince picked up the ball and got the deal done with no pressure and a lot of attention. I did a remote purchase from almost 10 hours away. Everything was in order with the paperwork. It was sent, signed and sent back. Very smooth. Transaction would recommend anyone dealing with this team at this dealership.
I did not purchase a vehicle but that Is completely due to the Honesty, *integrity and customer care that these guys provided me with as a long-distance buyer on a used $75k truck. The 2020 Ram 3500 truck I really wanted was perfect for me. Since I live in Houston, I asked if someone from the used vehicle department could drive it for me to make sure it was truly good to go. It ended up popping a check engine light. They reported this to me the next AM and the diesel tech started working on the issue. Every night for the next four nights either the Diesel tech, my sales person Vince or the service manager would drive it home which gave it a much better test drive to ensure The codes were cleared but it continued to pop codes. I even had a one-way ticket scheduled one day to go purchase a vehicle but they notified me early so that I could cancel the ticket and get a refund. Sometimes the truck would only pop a code after quite an extensive test drive. This was a huge deal on such a large purchase for me and My salesperson Vince took exceptional care to make sure that I did not end up out of pocket just to show up to a vehicle that wasn't quite ready for sale. It was clear to me that they were not willing to let this vehicle be released to a buyer without having it all worked out in advance and I find that a very unique and exceptional quality for a dealer in this day and age to spend that kind of time on one customers needs. Being an out-of-state buyer they could have easily tried to pass this off on me, got me out of the shop and on my way back home with the vehicle just to have to deal with it long distance under warranty. I am thoroughly impressed with Vince and the entire staff that worked on this sale for me and if I have an opportunity to purchase a vehicle from them I will absolutely make the flight down to Pensacola because I know that they are selling with integrity to the best of their ability. I absolutely love my Lincoln navigator. Having purchased the extended warranty and a motor going out, I called the service desk and they asked me to bring it in. Because I use my vehicle for business on a daily basis, they scheduled an appointment for me to come in and have my vehicle checked out. 20 minutes after I arrived they were handing me my keys and letting me know what was wrong with my vehicle and that the parts have been ordered. I was allowed to keep my vehicle, and when the parts came in, they called me and schedule my appointment at my convenience. Once my vehicle was repaired, which was only a very brief 24 hour period of time, they drove to my home and returned my beloved navigator.
Nelson Pipkins and Ted Griffin went over and beyond expectations. I would absolutely recommend them as well as the dealership 100%! The customer service and professional attitude of the entire service team was amazing! Thank you again for taking such good care of me and my truck.
